Are the products HALAL CERTIFIED?
At the moment our facility is not yet halal-certified however all ingredients used are from local halal-certified suppliers.
Do we deliver?
Yes, we deliver but at the moment only limited to Klang Valley area due to the freshness of our products. To get the delivery cost, on the checkout page, kindly put your address and the system will show the total delivery charges. You may choose either our economy or express delivery service.

Do we have self-pickup?
Yes, you may pickup your order at our facility in Petaling Jaya. Please refer to our address in "Location" or Waze/Google Map (Enchante Patisserie)
For self-pickup, you will have to park your vehicle and collect the order at our lobby.
Pickup time: 11am–5pm
Operation hours?
Monday to Saturday: 11am to 6pm
Sunday: 11am to 5pm (except for public holidays)
Do we have COD?
We DO NOT have walk-in facility as all of our products are ONLY made to order. We require minimum 1-2 working days for each order as each individual product is only produced after confirmation of order.
Do we do catering?
Yes, we do but subject to timing and location. Please contact our representative for more.
Do we provide candles and knife?
We provide cake knife only.You may purchase candle(s) at the add-on section.
Do we provide packaging?
All of our cakes are housed in Enchante branded box packaging.
Do we offer special notes/greeting printing?
Yes, you can have your special notes on the packaging. Please write the required notes in the "remark" segment upon checkout.
Do you provide refund?
We DO NOT provide refund however should your product arrived with damage, please contact us immediately upon receiving it and we will find the best solution to provide you a credit voucher or replace with another cake.

At the moment we only accept online banking, T&G E-Wallet, Paypal or manual bank transfer.
