Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Enchante Patisserie Malaysia. We strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. At Enchante, every cake is made-to-order, hence we do not accept any return or exchange of products once it is processed. 

"Product", "Products" refer to Whole Cake, Log Cake, Paris Brest, Petit Gateau, Special Release and Seasonal Cake.

 

Order Cancellation

Personalised Orders: 
Personalised cake(s) (with additional 3D name) cannot be canceled once they are placed. We begin preparations for these orders immediately to ensure they meet your unique requirements.

Standard Orders:
If you change your mind and wish to cancel a standard order (a cake without name personalisation) before it has been processed and prepared, please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible. Cancellation is not possible if your order is due on the day for pickup or delivery. 


Refund Eligibility

  1. Quality Issues: If you receive a product with quality issues or defects, please contact us within an hour of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a full or partial refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

  2. Delivery Issues: If your receive a defect product due to third party delivery service, we will assess the situation and may offer a partial or full refund, replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

  3. Cancellation Requests: Refunds for canceled orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the timing of the cancellation and any expenses incurred in preparation.


Non-Refundable Items

As mentioned above, personalised product(s) that have been prepared or are in the process of being prepared cannot be refunded.

 

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: To request a refund or discuss a quality or delivery issue, please contact our customer support team (Whatsapp +6016 324 4680)  within an hour of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation, such as photographs.

  3. Assessment: We will review your request and supporting information. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full or partial refund, replacement, or store credit.

  4. Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that the timing of the refund's arrival in your account may vary based on your financial institution.
