How can I place an order?

Do you offer customization or personalized orders?

We do have some 3D name personalisation add-on for some of the cakes. Do check with our Customer Service if you are unsure. We don’t offer cake customisation at the moment. 

How do I contact customer support for inquiries or issues?

You may text or call at 016-324 4680.

What should I do after receiving my order?

If, for any reason, you notice any damage upon receiving your cake, please reach out to us immediately, with photos and/or videos of the condition of the cake. Upon receiving your order, kindly refrigerating the cake at 4–10°C immediately, until you are ready to serve.

How long can your cake stays out at room temperature?

Our cakes can hold for less than 35 minutes at room temperature. If the temperature in the room is below 24 degrees, it can last for about an hour.

What if I am traveling interstates, or more than an hour? Can the cake last?

If you're traveling on a long journey, it's advisable to keep it in a styrofoam box or chiller bag with ice packs in it, with full blast air-conditioned in the car. It can hold about 4 hours maximum.

Is your cake halal?

We are using the finest and Muslim-friendly ingredients here at Enchante Patisserie. Understood some may have specific dietary requirements or preferences, feel free to reach out to our customer service for more information.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products are made without preservative, hence we recommend consuming the cakes within 2 to 3 days (and Paris-brest within 2 days) for the fullest flavour and texture experience. 

Do you accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free)?

This is definitely in our list! We had a limited release of a gluten-free cake during Christmas in 2022, do follow us on Instagram for special releases like this.
